wah me so long didnt blog le. u guys gt miss me a nt???
hehe me ytd and the day b4 was involve in the R.I.C.E project. the t-shirt look nice, at least to me. hehe shall let u guys c when i have time to upload photos. we went from door to door to collect a cup of rice from everyone who wanted to donate on 17/1. anju and i went to blk 408 to collect rices. the blk was confusing and we went up and down the stairs. the ppl are very generous!!! overall, our zone at punggol cc had collected 40,715 kg of rice, far exceeding our target of 30,000kg!!! haha
ytd i pack the rice into 5 kg. the rice are filled with rice weevils(i tink is like tat spell) and the lavae...disgusting!!! have a slight pheobia for rice...
i tink tis proj is fun although it is very tiring. haha i found out tat ppl find tis idea of donating a cup of rice as weird. but they are more willing to donate a cup of rice. i tink tat tis way is more direct in helping the needy family rather than donate money for them. hehe
i hope tis event can continue every year. hehe=)
